SECTION 5 – PAYMENTS AND BILLING

The company is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics operators, weather conditions, or force majeure. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.



SECTION 7 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products purchased on www.graciashoescomplements.com may be returned or exchanged only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags and packaging.
  • The user must send an email to graciashoescomplements@gmail.com stating the reason for the return or exchange, and include their full name, order number, and photos of the product.

Once the request is received, GRACIA SHOES & COMPLEMENTS will evaluate the case and provide instructions for return shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Personalized or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
