Refund Policy – Shipping & Returns – Warranty

At GRACIA SHOES & COMPLEMENTS, we are committed to repairing or replacing products that show material or manufacturing defects.

Please note that our warranty does not cover claims related to normal wear and tear such as: scratches caused by contact with rough surfaces; stains from other substances; dirt or contact with materials like denim, car mats, pens, etc.; exposure to water (especially rain); or high temperatures.

Our warranty coverage for footwear is valid for three (3) months from the invoice date. If the issue is indeed a result of defective materials or workmanship, GRACIA SHOES & COMPLEMENTS will cover shipping costs. To request service, please email us at SALES@GRACIASHOESCOMPLEMENTS.COM.

We are not responsible for product damage caused by use, or for any incidental, indirect, or special damages, regardless of the cause.
Warranty claims will be processed within 10 business days.

If the warranty period has expired, we offer repairs at an additional cost.

All claims will be handled according to Title III, Chapter I of Law 1480 of 2011 – Consumer Protection Statute – and Decree 735 of 2013.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – ONLINE PURCHASES

If at the time of your purchase the item is out of stock, we’ll do our best to make your GRACIA SHOES available. If you choose to wait, we will produce them within 10 business days. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund within 24 business hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Our mission is your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted Colombian products.
If you’re not fully satisfied upon receiving your order, GRACIA SHOES & COMPLEMENTS allows you to exchange the product for another size or style.


EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, as long as:

  • The product shows no signs of use
  • It includes the original box and tags

Please keep in mind:

  • The amount paid will be issued as store credit on our website.
  • Promotional items can only be exchanged for a different size, if available.
  • Items must not be worn or washed.
  • All returns must include the original shoe box, in its original condition, with no postal labels attached.
  • GRACIA SHOES & COMPLEMENTS does not cover any shipping costs related to exchanges or returns.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
